Our prescription-only service is designed for simple issues that need to be addressed quickly, or for refill of a prescription that you already have. Simply fill out a patient questionnaire, and we will evaluate & issue a prescription when appropriate.
The cost of this service is $65. We can call in your prescription to your chosen pharmacy, or you can get the medications from us directly. This charge will only apply if a prescription is issued. If we are unable to prescribe your medication, you will not be charged.

Once our doctors review your patient intake form and approve your prescription, the medicines will be shipped to you within 3-4 days.
If you select to fill your prescription at the local pharmacy, it will be called in the same day. For prescriptions filled at Express Scripts, we will call in your prescription within 24 hours.

We only work with licensed pharmacies and compounded pharmacies. The authenticity of brand-name medicines is guaranteed.
You only pay when a prescription is issued. When you submit the patient intake form, a doctor will review your information to determine your eligibility. You only pay once the prescription is approved and we order your medicine.
At the present time, we only accept FSH/HSA cards. We do not process medical insurance claims.
